Town, ski area, and holiday resort in the Tyrol, in the west of Austria, situated 20 km (c. 12 miles) west of Landeck, 80 km (50 miles) west-south-west of Innsbruck, and 18 km (c. 12 miles) due north-north-east from Galtür, where the Schenkers regularly spent their summer months.

St. Anton am Arlberg and Schenker

Schenker vacationed in St. Anton am Arlberg, at the Hotel Post, in the summer of 1908 (OJ 1/7, p. 89c, June 30, 1908; WSLB 12, July 22, 1908, etc), and he and Jeanette stayed in St. Anton also in 1915 and 1916.
