9. Schön u. sonnig, doch kühl u. windig zugleich.

— Bei Genahl wird Honig geschleudert, wir kaufen 1½ kg für S. 7.50 (Alfons Geiger, Zams b/ Landeck). Bei der Jause lese ich Lechner u. Angela die letzten Rezensionen 1 vor – sie machen dumme Gesichter u. wissen nicht was sie damit anfangen sollen. — Wir kaufen für den allezeit aufmerksamen Lechner eine Bonboniere. — {3633} Von Hatscheks (Ansichtsk. von einem Weekend): „. . sind noch in der Schwebe. .“

— At Genahl’s place, honey is extracted; we buy 1½ kg for 7.50 shillings (Alfons Geiger, Zams, near Landeck). At teatime, I read the latest reviews 1 to Lechner and Angela – they make stupid faces and do not know how they are supposed to react. — For the ever attentive Lechner, we purchase a candy dish. — {3633} From the Hatscheks (picture postcard of a weekend): "…they still haven’t made up their mind …"
