Euch bestes Wohlsein, beste Freude herzlichst wünschen!

Floriz! 1

How are things in general and, in particular, with you and dear little Karl? Have you been over-stretched? We hope to see Fanny soon; until now, everything failed on account of the Schubert commotion, the build-up and the aftermath. I'll write about many things in a subsequent letter; for now we wish to capture a moment, to think of you all and to wish you most cordially the best of health, the best of joy!

Yours,
