So haben wir bBeide Blüte um Blüte kommen u. gehen gesehen u. so gleichsam einen Kalender der Düfte genossen!

Durch unverhofftes nicht-Zahlen einer Schülerin verschärft sich die Zinsgeldfrage trotz Fl. ^s Darlehen neuerdings, so daß kein anderes Mittel übrig bleibt, als eben erst mittags das Geld zu erlegen.

At 4 o'clock in the afternoon, the first thunderstorm, almost like a cadence to a series of about 21 days, which surpassed each other in spring-like, even summery, virtues. For the first time in years, I was able to savor the language of the flowers, their scent, as my sense of smell has significantly improved. This fortunate circumstance fittingly accords with another, equally beautiful, as Lie-Liechen for the first time basically lets the spring pass by of its own accord. Thus, the two of us have seen one blossom after another come and go and thus, as it were, enjoyed a calendar of fragrances!

As a result of a pupil's unexpected non-payment, the question of rent payment becomes more acute, despite Floriz's recent loan, so that no other means is left than to delay paying the money until midday.
