Willfort, writing from Berlin, has been unable to make contact with Furtwängler. — He has spent time with Jonas; — is disappointed that Schenker will not be in Vienna to hear him conduct the Brahms' "Tragic" Overture; — gives travel plans; — inquires after Schenker's reaction to his work on the "Moonlight" Sonata.
