Klammerth [Klammert] (jnr)

Pupil of Schenker's for the two seasons 1919/20 and 1920/21, and at the same time a pupil of Guido Adler.
In his lessons with Schenker, recorded in Schenker's lessonbooks, Klammerth studied harmony, counterpoint, fugal exposition, thoroughbass, and music by Schubert, Mozart, J. S. Bach, Beethoven, and Chopin. In his diary for March 22 and October 3, 1920, Schenker records Klammerth reporting remarks that Adler and his assistant Fischer had made about Schenker (Federhofer).
Klammerth was the nephew of the Klammert (snr). No correspondence between Schenker and Klammert (jnr) is known to exist.
