Berlin directory publisher and newspaper information agency (Adressenverlag und Zeitungsnachrichten-Büro), founded in 1898, which Schenker, who called Schustermann his "Berlin Observator" (OJ 1/14, p. 506, January 11, 1914), used to scan Berlin newspapers for Schenker-related items and send him clippings. Schustermann is recorded also as providing material for Paul Bekker.

There was also an Austrian publisher of the name Adolf Schustermann (1861-1935), which may perhaps have been connected with the Berlin company.
