21, fair weather, refreshing wind.

— From 11:45 to 12:30, in the park with newspapers. — At 4:30, in the wagon to Ilz; we enjoy its markets, the ever refined {3843} state of its houses, guest houses, and shops – I must [however] give up the idea of getting to Ilz on foot. — At 6:20 [on the radio], talk by Prof. Adalbert Fuchs – in both form and content, surprisingly excellent. 1 Lie-Liechen has the idea of sending Fuchs a picture postcard with a note of thanks, and she actually does this!
