Ihre Adreße ist mir abhanden gekommen, aber ich vertraue Herrn Rate Gutmann’s Scharfsinn, diese Karte weiterzubefördern. Da ich nur zwei Tage in Wien bin, könnte ich Ihnen nur vorschlagen, mich Freitag um ½ 5 Uhr zum Jausen abzuholen [cued from lower margin:] Hotel Bristol[end cue].

Your address is eluding me, but I trust Counselor Gutmann’s acumen to forward this postcard on. Since I am in Vienna for only two days, could I just propose that you pick me up [cued from lower margin:] from the Hotel Bristol[end cue] at 4.30 p.m. to go for a snack?
