Footnotes1 Receipt of this postcard is not recorded in Schenker's diary 2 The money is the "stipend" to which Halm refers in OJ 11/35, 10, December 14, 1918, and then again in OJ 11/35, [10a], December 31, 1918, when he asks Schenker to transfer the money to his savings account in Esslingen. It is used by Halm to defray publishing expenses (see OJ 11/35, 14, January 5, 1920). |
