⇧ Professor Moriz Violin Hotel Ambassador 55 Bacon [sic] Street San Francisco California Dear Mr. Violin: 1 Upon your request I wrote a letter to Mr. Monteux 2 asking him to give you an appointment. Simultaneously I wrote you, informing you of the fulfillment of your request. I wonder whether you received this letter and whether you have seen Mr. Monteux (whom I also asked about his performance of my Chamber Symphony.) How are you? I hope you are all right. I have been frequently sick, but I am better now. Cordial greetings, yours [unsigned] May 3, 1945 © Transcription Ian Bent, 2020 |
