Verehrtester Freund!

1 Ich fahre morgen 8ten weg, komme 9ten nachmittags in Chikago an, will dort übernachten, dasselbe in Salt Lake City versuchen. Most revered Friend,

The Jews go to a committee until they must travel by bus for their own money. 1 I am leaving tomorrow morning, the 8th, arriving Chicago on the afternoon of the 9th. I will stay overnight there and try to do the same in Salt Lake City. My exact arrival time I can only cable from Salt Lake City. Would you be so kind as to await me? I would otherwise be so lost!! With my best regards to your dear wife,

most faithfully
